This project was the biggest to date. I used Alex and his workshop to manufacture all the pieces in his workshop including abot 60 holes for the shelving so that each shelf could be placed wherever the client wanted it. A car jack came in very handy to supprt the main shelf in order to get the levels right. The client lives in Bermondsey so everything had top be made to my measurements and then transported to site and installed.
The main shelf was made in two pieces and joined together on site. The front feature bar was made from 2 bits of 4 x 2 glued together and then planed to get a perfect finish. The doors were also made at the workshop and... I got the measurements right. The whole project was a great success and the client was very pleased with the finished product.
